Cancellation Policy

If a change in stay is necessary, we require at least a 14-day notice for a refund of your deposit. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space, due to our secluded location. If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $10 service charge, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, and we are unable to fill the room, no refund will be possible.

  • Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in the pub
  • Please no pets, children under the age of 12, or un-registered guests
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests charged $50/person/night
  • 2-night minimum stay required on weekends May – October and on holidays
  • Weekend rates apply to Holiday stays
